NOVERO Homes Design Centre

When NOVERO Homes expanded into a larger office and showroom to display interior finishing materials, their team wasn’t sure how to communicate this new service. Should it be branded separately—and how would it fit into the company’s marketing plan? 

We saw an opportunity to strengthen the brand experience and customer journey. The new Design Centre allowed NOVERO to host clients in a beautiful, functional space that showcased millwork and finishing samples, creating a more tangible connection to their design-build expertise.

Our plan defined how the brand would appear across touchpoints, ensuring the Design Centre complemented NOVERO’s overall presence in the marketplace. By studying target audiences and competitors, we established the need for a sub-branded website to support the new offering.

This website introduced a fresh creative direction for the parent brand and integrated interactive tools—such as a renovation Inspiration Gallery—to build authority and serve as a bridge for potential customers.

I partnered with graphic designer Paperclip Creative on naming, website planning, and development alongside a freelance WordPress web developer.
