When Suzanne Williams embarked on a second career as a clinical therapist while continuing to run a small business, she reached out for help developing a distinctive brand for her new practice. A review of the Vancouver therapy landscape revealed an oversaturated market, making differentiation essential.

Through competitive analysis, we identified opportunities to position her practice with a fresh, modern identity in contrast to the dated identities common in the field in 2018.
